Frequently Asked Questions
Why was my PF claim rejected?
Common reasons are a mismatch in name, date of birth or bank details, the date of exit not being updated, or an unverified bank account. We find the reason and fix it.
When can I withdraw my full PF?
After leaving employment and remaining unemployed for the period allowed under EPFO rules, or on retirement. Partial withdrawals are allowed for specific purposes through Form 31.
Is tax deducted on PF withdrawal?
A withdrawal before completing 5 years of continuous service may attract TDS. We check this before you file the claim.
How do I transfer PF to a new employer?
Through an online transfer claim (Form 13) in your UAN account. Most transfers now happen automatically when the UAN and KYC are correct.
