Services

ESI PF India (Om Jha & Associates) provides professional assistance for PF, ESI and labour law compliance. We are a private consultancy and are not affiliated with EPFO, ESIC or any government body.

Your responsibilities

Provide correct and complete information and documents on time
Pay statutory contributions, interest and government fees, which are separate from our professional fees
Approve monthly data before the due date so that filings can be made by the 15th

Timelines

Approval times depend on the government portals and authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by portal downtime, departmental processing or incomplete information.

Fees and payment

Professional fees are payable in advance and are all-inclusive; no GST is charged. Monthly packages are billed in advance for the month.

Refund policy

If we have not started work, you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund of professional fees
Once an application or filing has been made on a portal, professional fees are not refundable
Government fees and statutory payments are never refundable by us
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
